Tomorrow, When the War Began (2010)

In the plot of the film, the main characters are students of the senior class. Fate decreed that they became real partisans. One day, the territory of their hometown was seized by the invaders. The story is led by a brave girl Ellie Linton. Her parents and her beloved dog disappeared then. Ellie and her friends went to the mountains, which were far from home.

When they wanted to return, they learned that there had been devastation in their homeland. The young people managed to find out cautiously what the situation was like there. Then they had to use weapons to defend their city. Soon the invaders suffered losses. The heroes took up the organization of the headquarters in the highlands. At the end of the film, the friends continued an active battle. To completely win, they needed to put in a lot of effort.
