In a post-apocalyptic world, devastation and chaos reign. A global catastrophe has led to nightmarish consequences. Humanity is suffering from an unknown disease that turns ordinary citizens into ruthless zombies who want to taste human flesh. For the lucky ones who managed to avoid infection, the government has created special quarantine areas that isolate patients from interaction with healthy people.

A caring father named Wade begins to experience serious difficulties after his teenage daughter is among the infected. After learning about her sad situation, the daughter decides to protect the parent. She decides to move away from home to save a relative from unnecessary hassle. Since the girl is Wade's only relative in the whole world, he does not hesitate to go in search of her. The man hopes to find and save Maggie from turning into a monster.
