Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981)

Indian Jones once again goes in search of mysterious artifacts, this time he has to go to the South American jungle to discover an idol made of gold in an ancient temple. As soon as he takes the sacred statuette, the adventurer tries to escape from the impending threat in the form of a huge stone rolling towards him with incredible speed. The agile archaeologist is no stranger to such situations, and quickly getting oriented, he runs away from all the troubles and saves not only his life, but also the golden idol, which has become one of his valuable finds.

As soon as Indiana Jones reaches the exit from the monstrous cave, Rene Belloc, the same archaeologist as the main character, but aiming at completely different values, is waiting for him. Together with him were armed men demanding to give them the idol, which the man has to obey, but manage to escape from such a frightening company. Before he could return to the institute where Jones taught, US foreign intelligence officers approached him and suggested that the professor go to Egypt, where the Ark of the Covenant is being excavated.
