Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005)

Harry comes as an invited guest to a party in Los Angeles and tells stories from his life that have happened over the past couple of months. In New York, he failed to cope with the task and break into the apartment of an influential person for the purpose of theft, so he fled from the place of admission and lost his partner, who failed to escape. Dabney Shaw gets into the conversation, offering to try his hand as a private detective.

An experienced police officer Perry, who is openly gay, should teach how to conduct business and tell about difficult cases. The evening ceases to be languid when Harry's first love comes to the party, feelings for which have not subsided after a couple of years.
