Jack Ryan is a retired employee of the Central Intelligence Agency. Now the man teaches at the Naval Academy of the United States of America. A former special agent, over the years of his professional activity, he has successfully completed a large number of various risky tasks, thereby gaining a reputation for himself as an unsurpassed specialist.

One day, while in the capital of Great Britain, the main character turned out to be a random eyewitness to a terrorist attack being prepared by members of the Irish Republican Army, directed against the ruling royal family. Thanks to incredible efforts, Jack managed to prevent a terrorist attack and save the top officials of the state from probable death. Fearless Ryan becomes a target for ruthless terrorists. Criminals want to take revenge on the person who prevented them from realizing a bloody idea. They intend to get to their victim by any fate.
