Solis (2018)

Troy Holloway is an astronaut who went on a specific mission into space, where he needed to conduct the necessary research for a scientific project. At some point he loses consciousness, it is not known how long he has been out, but as soon as the main character comes to, he realizes that something strange is happening that can lead him to an imminent catastrophe. The shuttle in which the astronaut was, was rapidly heading towards the sun, a red-hot star was a terrible danger for him, because the closer he flew, the less chance of survival he had.

He does not know if he will be able to stop this process or if he will have to say goodbye to all his relatives and leave this mortal path. He knows that a rescue team has been sent for him, but the commander of the spacecraft, Roberts, will be able to get to the victim in time. Troy is not so afraid of death, he recently lost his son, and non-existence does not frighten him at all, perhaps this way he will be able to connect with his beloved offspring faster. But the team does not intend to leave the astronaut in trouble, their task is to get to the shuttle and rescue the prisoner, giving him a chance to live on.
